GRAPHIX-LAB - VEREENIGING, GP

I was driving through a small village called Kildimo, Co. Limerick yesterday 22/11/2016 at approximately 13:00 I witnessed a tractor drawing a trailed traveling at about 35 Kph in a 50Kph zone entering the village. In a short distance a truck overtook the tractor. To do this the truck had to exceed the speed limit and cross a solid white line in the middle of the road. Immediately the truck indicated it was pulling into the left side of the road. It passed a large parking space outside a petrol station, and stopped about 50meters further on, outside a church where the road was narrower. The truck failed to pull in sufficiently to be parked off the road, so the tractor and trailer it had overtaken had to stop until the oncoming traffic had passed before it could overtake and continue on its journey. All this happened in a distance of about 300m. Your name was on the side of the truck. An annoying, mindless piece of driving, with no gain.
