The service is really bad, they are quick to charge for their services but slow to process payments and giving those services. They do not give feedback on anything, they do not reply to WhatsApp texts and emails. You literally have to beg for their service that takes forever and worse, you have to pay some fee to get a refund! I truly do not recommend.

Hi guys. I just bought a streetwise feast about 1hr ago from your drive through. I was really disappointed, as my chicken was overcooked and really hard on the outside. I tried calling your store 3 times, but all I got was this number is not available at the moment. I normally come here for my Kentucky, but it was never like this. I really cannot ride up and down to come complain and hopefully you will exchange my chicken for better cooked pieces. I did not want to write this review, but you guys don't answer the phone. I hope the manager will look into this complaint and sort out the problem. Thank you. Regards Zane.
