Was was passing through Castleisland tues the 11 th of Nov and went into your chemist kennellys as I had a few questions I wanted answers to on a medical device I was met by a middled aged woman explained my story and asked my first question to her such was the reply I got was a bark and a grunt I thanked her for her 2 seconds of time and turned to leave to which she made a tutting sound with her mouth so so rude and unprofessional was going to turn back but would not lower myself to her standard how can a person b so unhelpful and horrible and down right rude .
